Audiences
Built from behaviour.
Sized against Meta before they sync.
A segment is worth having only if the platform can match it. Every audience here states the identity wall beside its count, is previewed against Meta before it syncs, and is ranked on the number spend actually joins to.
Questions this answers
- Which of my customers can Meta actually match?
- Who browsed twice and never bought?
- Which audience is worth the budget, priced?
- Who is about to buy next?
The builder
Conditions from what the store already records.
RFM, acquisition channel, cross-sell, cadence, location, negation and no-purchase conditions. Browsed recently, added and never bought, bought once and never again, high predicted value. Live counts that update as people move between segments.
- Eight more audiences from behaviour the store already records
- A profile per audience: value index, acquisition mix, categories, reachability
- Every segment addressable: email, WhatsApp, or a Meta audience
- A card that says whether the audience is worth having
Sized against the platform
The identity wall, beside the count.
An audience of 4,000 people that Meta can match at 12% is an audience of 480. The builder says so before the sync, previews the match, and refuses before the click when the audience cannot help. Remembering a browser’s ids is what makes an audience buildable at all.
- Preview against Meta before anything syncs
- Refused before the click when it cannot help
- Visitor cards hand over the Meta audience rule
- Playbooks per audience, plain definition, visible Meta routes

Ranked on what can be measured
Cost per add-to-cart, not revenue per audience.
Spend joins to an audience 97.7% of the time. Revenue joins about 40% of the time, because the platforms do not pass the audience through to the order. So audiences are ranked on cost per add-to-cart, the number that can be judged, and the table says what it folded.
- Platforms, campaigns and audiences as the three lenses
- The opportunity comes up front
- What can be judged, and what was folded, stated
- Every identifier read: platform, campaign, audience, not just utm

Who buys next
A propensity score calibrated nightly on your own store.
Not a ranking published as a rate. The score is learned on your orders, calibrated every night, and only the reachable share is ever promised, because a buyer you cannot contact is not an opportunity.
- Calibrated nightly, per store
- Reachable share stated honestly
- Feeds retargeting and the reorder nudge
- Train Meta on the buyers you want more of
